What are the town hall office hours?

Town hall is located at 1101 Madill Street in the Community Center, our door is at the south end of the building (near the creek).
We are open Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
We are closed on federal holidays; if the holiday falls on a Saturday, we will be closed the Friday prior, and if the holiday falls on a Sunday, we will be closed on the following Monday.

Do I need a permit for a recreational fire?

Yes; contact the Fire Department @ 605-666-4428.

Who do I contact to rent a park shelter?

The park shelters are on a first come basis - we do not rent or reserve them.
To rent the Community Center complete the form located in the government section or contact town hall @ 605-666-4827.

Water/Sewer Billing

Water/Sewer bills are due prior to 3:00 p.m. on the 30th of each month.
Contact town hall if you do not receive a bill by the 10th of the month.

Electric, Garbage, Gas, Telephone

These services are not provided by the city. Only Water and Sewer are provided by the Town of Keystone.
